Australian Government Annual Deregulation Report 2014

Cover of Annual Report PublicationOn 18 March 2015, the Government released the Australian Government Annual Deregulation Report 2014.

The report outlines the achievements of the Australian Government in delivering its commitment to reduce the costs and regulatory burden imposed by unnecessary red tape.

The Government has taken decisions to remove a net $2.3 billion in red tape, as at 31 December 2014, more than double the annual net $1 billion target.
